The room was large and exceptionally nice with climate control, an individual safe, and pay television as advertised. The staff was very friendly. The location by the lovely gardens with lots of wildlife, including the laughing falcon and the Arenal volcano, was amazing.

Enjoyed the spacious room, and the exceptional view of the mountain. The bathroom here was large. Its location was marvellous and amazing, very close to hot springs river, and a great restaurant.

I've stayed here for the second time and got a room with twin beds and a kitchen, which was super convenient. Having both a shower and bath sheets available was a nice touch 🛁.

We had a very nice and relaxing stay in a clean and well-maintained location. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Eisel, who went above and beyond to assist us with various requests. The hotel was also conveniently located near some good dining options and within walking distance to the Chollín river thermal waters, which was a great bonus.

The standard rooms lacked soundproofing, so noise from the highway and animals outside could be heard easily. The beds were not the most comfortable, but this was manageable.

Convenient kitchen in the rooms, located just on the edge of the jungle and close to the National Park. Plus, it's a short distance from a relaxing hot springs river. 🌿

We loved the amazing view of the volcano and the friendly hosts at this upgraded hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the price was fair for what we got. The location was convenient for us as we were travelling by car.

Our stay at Confort Arenal was absolutely amazing. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade and had a breathtaking view of the volcano. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, surrounded by lush plants and a beautiful pool area. We enjoyed watching the variety of birds, including hummingbirds, and even saw monkeys in the trees. The breakfast offered every morning was delicious, with fresh fruit and traditional dishes. a fantastic stay at a fair price.
